Hong Kong: 9th
New York City: 13th
Beijing: 19th, in front of Sydney (20th) and Amsterdam (24th)
Taipei: 29th
Shanghai: 30th
Los Angeles: 44th (living in LA is cheaper than living in China?)
Toronto: 82nd
Vancouver: 87th, lower than Ho Chi Minh City (56th), LOL
