有大略，無雄才，對當事人來說，確是件痛苦的事。尤其是在被迫要承認自己沒有才能的時候。

It’s true that everyone should work hard, and only hard working people succeed in this world. But I think talent and hard work are both indispensible and one cannot do without one or the other…
